FabricKart offers you a minimum questions-asked Return policy, in case a customer finds a product/its condition unsatisfactory upon delivery.

However, since a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your door step, we sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with the utmost care, while placing an order, so that minimal returns scenarios arise.

Nonetheless, if you wish to raise a Returns request, kindly follow the policy as below –

  • A customer must raise a return request within the two days of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to support@fabrickart.in – clearly stating your Order Number in the subject line. Also mention the reason for returning the product. Or give us a call at our customer care number +917014244944 and we shall guide you with the return process.
  • A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with us. The customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost of sending the product back to us and the same shall not be refunded.
  • The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.
  • Stitched/customized Merchandise CANNOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.
  • A Saree, Lehenga Choli or tops cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories for customized outfits.
  • For readymade accessories like shoes, sun glass, belt , wallet etc. & unstitched fabrics and semi stitched product can be returned easily.

We request you to pack the article in the original box with all the tags intact and place the return address on the box as mentioned below.

Please note that it takes 4-5 working days for the articles to reach our warehouse post which the replacement/ refunds are initiated.

REFUNDS

A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office to get the Refund (Address mentioned above). The Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the product back in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.

*NO Shipping charges shall be refunded in any of the case.
